NIRF Ranking 2024: Top Engineering Colleges in India- The National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) rankings for 2024 are not yet released. The 2023 rankings were announced in July 2023, so the next edition is expected to be released sometime around May or June 2024.
The NIRF Ranking 2024 results are not yet available. The data capturing system for the 2024 rankings is now open, and the last date for data submission has been extended till 19th January 2024. The rankings are expected to be released in April 2024.
NIRF Ranking 2024: The NIRF rankings are released annually by the Ministry of Education, Government of India. They rank institutions across 11 categories: Overall, Universities, Colleges, Engineering, Management, Pharmacy, Law, Architecture, Medicine, Dental, and Research. The rankings are based on five parameters: Teaching, Learning & Resources (TLR), Research & Professional Practice (RPC), Graduation Outcome (GO), Outreach & Inclusivity (OI), and Perception (PR).

Eligibility
- The institution must be recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC), All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), Dental Council of India (DCI), etc., as applicable.
- The institution must have graduated at least three batches of students in full-time programs with a duration of at least three years for UG and two years for PG programs.
How to apply for NIRF ranking 2024?
- Registration: The registration process generally opens in July/August and closes in October/November each year. You’ll need to register your institution on the official NIRF website: https://www.nirfindia.org/.
- Data Submission: Once registered, you’ll need to submit data for your institution through the Data Capturing System (DCS) available on the NIRF website. The DCS typically opens after the registration window closes and remains open for a few weeks.
