CUET 2024 Exam Pattern And Syllabus- The Central Universities Entrance Test (CUET) is a national-level entrance exam for admission to undergraduate courses in all central universities and participating institutions across India.

Exam Pattern Highlights
- The exam will be conducted in three slots – each with a different duration.
- Candidates can choose a maximum of six subjects out of 63 subjects and languages.
- Each subject will have a total of 50 questions (except the General Test which will have 60 questions) CUET 2024 Exam Pattern
- The duration of the exam will be 45 minutes for most subjects, except for a few subjects like Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, etc. where the duration will be 60 minutes.
- The General Test will be of 60 minutes duration and candidates will have to attempt 50 questions out of 60.
- There will be negative marking for wrong answers.

- Section IA: This section will offer 13 languages, including Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Urdu, and Assamese.

Section II: Domain-Specific Subjects
This section will offer 27 domain-specific subjects across various disciplines such as Sciences, Humanities, Social Sciences, Business Studies, and Commerce. Candidates can choose a maximum of four domain-specific subjects.
Section III: General Test
The General Test will be mandatory for all candidates. It will assess a candidate’s general knowledge, awareness, comprehension, reasoning ability, quantitative aptitude, and analytical skills.
