Constitutional Measures: Nehru and his government introduced several constitutional measures to address social inequalities, such as the abolition of untouchability and the promotion of equal rights for all citizens regardless of caste, religion, or gender.

Land Reforms: Nehru initiated land reforms to address the issue of landlessness and unequal land distribution. The government implemented measures such as land ceilings, tenancy reforms, and redistribution of land to landless farmers.

Industrialization and Economic Planning: Nehru implemented policies to promote industrialization and economic development, with a focus on reducing poverty and inequality. He emphasized the importance of state intervention in the economy through Five-Year Plans.



Education and Social Welfare: Nehru prioritized education and social welfare as key components of the social revolution. His government implemented policies to expand access to education, healthcare, and social services, particularly targeting marginalized communities.

Promotion of Scientific Temper: Nehru emphasized the importance of scientific temper and rational thinking as essential for societal progress.
